I am seeking the guidance of HR for the questions that have arose over the last month regarding VULNERABLE adults and students. Adults may be considered vulnerable by age or underlying medical conditions. Students are considered vulnerable if they are medically fragile or have an underlying medical condition.   Each of these populations present a different level of consideration and planning. To assist HR with the breathe and depth and impact of this issue in our schools I would like to have you respond to the following.
