Thankful for the Gift of Service from Karen Tarabochia
We come to you with hearts filled with gratitude for the many years of service given by our friend, Karen, who is preparing to retire. We thank Karen for the long term contributions she has made in the execution of daily tasks, in her loyalty and service to Catholic schools and the Church of western Washington, and in sharing her experiences and wisdom with all of us. We are humbly blessed and so appreciative of Karen’s hard work and unwavering dedication.
Karen has adapted to many changes over the years and has made sacrifices of her personal time when this job has demanded it. Karen has been a mentor and friend to her colleagues and all employees in our Catholic schools and has worked faithfully with humor, compassion, and grace.
We pray for continued blessings for our friend, Karen, during this next phase of her life. Lord, may your loving presence be with Karen as she chooses new paths and explores new horizons. May Karen continue to be blessed with strong networks of friends and family to enjoy the journey that lies ahead.
Keep Karen vigorous in body, mind, soul and spirit. Open new doors of service that will satisfy her desire to give and that will continue making a lasting difference in our world.
As we prepare tho say goodbye and happy retirement, we honor Karen with this blessing adapted from 1 Thessalonians, chapter 1: 2-4.
“We give thanks to God always for you, remembering you in our prayers, unceasingly, calling to mind your work of faith and labor of love and endurance in hope of our Lord Jesus Christ, before our God and Father, knowing, you are loved by God, knowing you were chosen.”
We end our prayer, thankful for the gifts of our friend, Karen, and grateful knowing that God’s plan will continue to unfold and bless Karen as she begins her new journey. Amen.
