Leadership Academy- School Culture Session

In our first Leadership development session, we will look at School Culture

New principals and those aspiring an administrator position are welcome to attend a Leadership Academy meeting focused on school culture. This workshop will provide definitions for school culture, an exercise to apply the principles of school culture, and begin to construct a school culture framework for the schools that they work in. This workshop will incorporate a leadership self-assessment focused on the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools, NSBECS.
