Your school does not need to complete a Clock Hour Application for a CIC Foundation Retreat. The CIC Program at OCS has already submitted the application for clock hours for the retreats on behalf of all our schools.
What you do need to complete are the following:
- Participating staff need to complete the online evaluation to receive clock hours. This can be found in the corresponding toolkit for each retreat.
- Please submit the sign-in sheets to OCS – attention CIC Program. Everyone who attended the retreat should have signed.
- Please submit a copy of your agenda to the OCS. In order to qualify for clock hours and to meet the requirements of a CIC Foundation Retreat, your school staff should have experienced a 5-hour retreat. Single retreats should not occur over the course multiple days, and should not follow the PLC model. You can refer to the sample agendas. in the corresponding toolkit for each retreat.
