Marketing & Enrollment Grant Application

Marketing & Enrollment is central to school vitality and yet many of our schools have very little budget focused in these areas. The purpose of this grant is to provide funding for efforts that will increase the visibility of your school in the community and your grow enrollment through solid marketing strategies.

Grant Amount: $1000- $5,000 each (7-15 total will be granted)
Grant Open Date: May 10, 2023
Grant Application Due Date: Friday, June 2, 2023
Eligible Applicants: Any Archdiocese of Seattle Catholic School using SchoolAdmin
Award Decisions: Grant recipients will be contacted by Friday, June 16, 2023
Grant Disbursement: Checks will be mailed Friday, June 30, 2023

Eligible Expenses: Radio or TV Ads • Web expenses: design, development and or updates • Web advertising: Google ads, social media, Facebook, Instagram, and other electronic media expenses • School swag used as giveaways for admissions events • Printed infographics • Newspaper ads • Direct mail ads • Print ads • Signs • Video productions • Photography • Banners • Billboard
