2025-2026 Leadership Academy-for aspiring administrators

The Office for Catholic Schools offers a Leadership Academy, a yearlong leadership development program for aspiring administrators and new principals. Sessions offered on managerial, academic, spiritual, and strategic leadership (framed in the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools). Working in solidarity to ensure a system of excellent Catholic schools, the Leadership Academy will provide the knowledge, skills, strategies and best practices for current and future school leaders in the Archdiocese of Seattle.
