We are grateful that our friends at Assumption–St. Bridget Catholic School are hosting the very first Math Collaborative meeting on their campus on Tuesday October 7^th from 8:30am-3:00pm.

The day will be facilitated by none other than Steve Dougherty, “The Math Maniac”—a full day of engaging, energizing math professional learning. And the best part? It’s completely FREE. Professional clock hours will be provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity for K–8 teachers to convene, connect, and collaborate. Many teachers have shared that one of the challenges of teaching math in Catholic schools is that they alone may be the only math teacher in that grade or content area. Well, here’s a chance to meet others in the same boat—people who speak a common math language and are ready to share ideas, resources, and maybe even a little healthy number nerdiness.
