NWEA – MAP rostering “Office Hours” with Stu and Jake

For 2021-22, we’re working with NWEA to ensure a smooth process for rostering and administering the MAP test in your classrooms. We have learned from last year that the best way to ensure accuracy for your school is to train you early, to provide resources for how to use your specific Student Information System to help with the process, and to provide opportunities for NWEA office hours for questions that you may have.

In that spirit, we are working with both Nathan “Stu” Stuart and Jake Lowary to help navigate questions that you may have with the rostering process. In order to best utilize everyone’s time in this busy beginning of the school year, Jake and Stu have graciously put together a step-by-step rostering video for you. In addition, they will make themselves available for questions and clarification during virtual “office hours,” which will happen the first two weeks of September.

The rostering training video will be available on our Archdiocesan NWEA – MAP page on mycatholicschool.org on August 27^th. You will also find instructions for how to get to Jake and Stu’s office hours on that page.

Office Hours for clarifications or specific questions will be available on the following dates:

• September 1^st – 7am
• September 2^nd – 3pm
• September 8^th – 3pm
• September 9^th – 7am
