The Benefits Office has a video at www.seattlearchbenefits.hrintouch.com, which gives a full overview of the benefits offered when working for the Archdiocese. This would be to direct all employees to review the benefits website to make sure all of their information is updated. New teachers will have an opportunity to hear about the benefits at the New Teacher Orientation on August 15th
All staff must go online, register and attend the Safe Environment training http://www.seattlearchdiocese.org/sep/training.aspx , “Protecting God’s Children” class before they begin working. (If they have taken the training previously and are registered in the system they do not need to retake but will be notified when they need renewal.) The Safe Environment training may be taken at any site listed on the website.
Applitrack/Frontline: All applications will be listed until we receive notification that the position is to be closed, or after 8 weeks the position will be automatically removed into archives. The principal will need to notify the office if they wish to reinstate the opening from archives.
