In recent weeks, the priority for Paycom implementation has focused on getting correct W-2’s and related year end payroll documents out to all current and past employees. That process will continue and will be the #1 priority of the Paycom Oversight Committee and the Paycom Users Group.
It is now time to make sure that all of your issues back to the beginning of the Paycom implementation have been addressed or are in the pipeline to be addressed. Do not assume an issue you raised directly to someone, to email@example.com or to firstname.lastname@example.org in the past has been resolved.
If you have not been assured that your previously raised issue has been resolved or if you have a new issue to address, please send an email to email@example.com with as much detail about your issue as reasonably possible. You should expect a response to your message. Please understand the backlog is large and it may take some time to get to your issue.
