Annual Progress Report 2025-26

The annual progress report is an important part of Catholic school planning, goal setting, and Catholic identity reflection. Schools that are accredited through WCEA are required to complete this entire progress report annually as a condition of the school’s accreditation status. Schools not accredited through WCEA are required to complete a Mission and Catholic Identity document as a condition of the Archdiocesan affiliation and alignment to school policy as outlined in the Policy Handbook. Email Connor Geraghty for more information about the Catholic Identity protocol.

All progress reports are due on March 2nd, 2026.

Although not due in until March, it is helpful to schools and leadership as they navigate this school year to keep track of the school’s goals and progress throughout the year.

In the past, schools currently going through WCEA accreditation self-study and/or visit year were recused from completing the progress report, however, starting in 2025-26, the new protocol requires ALL schools complete the progress report every year as it will be part of the ongoing data library with SEOnline. For schools in their self-study year or visit year, this will be as simple as cutting and pasting from their work.

Links to individual progress reports are sent out individually to schools from OCS. The contact person for school progress reports is the Office Manager at OCS or Justyna King, Assistant Superintendent for Academic Excellence and WCEA Commissioner.
