Thriving in High-Stakes Conversations: A Framework for Catholic Educators

In this interactive workshop, we will explore practical strategies to plan for and navigate challenging, high-stakes conversations. Mental Health First Aid

This Mental Health First Aid webinar gives K–12 educators a practical, faith-aligned toolkit for recognizing and responding to common student mental-health challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, and eating disorders. In just two hours, teachers learn simple, classroom-ready strategies to support students while staying within their role. The training focuses on prevention, early identification, and reinforcing a culture of care grounded in Catholic values.

This PD session blends faith, brain science, and practical classroom tools to address today’s rising behavioral challenges. It starts with how many of a leader’s relationships must be cultivated with a long-term vision of the School’s success in mind. Next, it outlines what reports are useful to a School leader and how each can be used successfully. Finally, the review of several types of School Budgets and related metrics are discussed.
