Early Learning Program Roundtable Series: Monthly on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 4:00pm: Next topic – Early Learning Marketing Templates – February 18th at 4:00pm

 

We will continue to host the Early Learning Program Roundtable Series on the 3rd Thursday each month at 4:00pm. Our next topic will be a presentation from OCS Director of Marketing and Enrollment Kristin Moore on a new Early Learning Marketing Template Package. Kristin will share the different options to promote your programs and show you how to edit the templates for either you or your school’s marketing point person. SEATTLE LICENSED PROGRAMS ONLY: Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning Child Care Stabilization Grant

The City of Seattle has designated more than $2 million dollars for child care providers through the Child Care Stabilization Fund. Applications for grants will open January 15, 2021 and close January 27th by 11:59pm. Funding is available to licensed child care providers; family, friend, and neighbor caregivers; and school-age programs currently open and operating in Seattle.

Beginning January 15, 2021, providers can access the grant application by checking their email. Only eligible providers residing in Seattle City limits will receive an email invitation. The provider will click on the link to the grant application, where they will answer a few short questions including your business name, address, provider license ID number, and Unified Business Identifier (UBI).

The grant application is available online, and in pdf format, in English, Simplified Chinese, Vietnamese, Somali, and Spanish. The pdf application may be printed, completed, and submitted to grants@childcare.org – Please include your Washington State business license with Unified Business Identifier (UBI) or DCYF child care license and a completed and signed W-9.
