As of 11/16/21 each Employee must enter their own hours into Paycom. In the first couple of Pay Periods on Paycom PAA’s were temporarily allowed to enter hours and approve them. It is important that each employee take responsibility for their own hours. If an employee does not have a work computer, the School should consider supplying a shared computer for time sheet input. Remember that employees can add the Paycom App to their cell phone and enter their hours from there. If you have questions, please pose them to Payroll Services.
