Thank you for opening your doors to Christ! We begin the 19 – 20 school year together! Currently, there are some changes in OCS personnel so I wanted to share some updates:

SEPTEMBER KEY EVENT: Please help your school leader have a chance for time away with colleagues by coming to the annual and required CIC Principal Leadership Retreat, September 18 -20, 2019 at  Seabeck Conference Center, Seabeck. It’s important and necessary to honor the Spiritual leaders of the school! For additional information and registration, please click here.

September Monthly Tasks – Checklist:

  • Register for Sept. 18 – 20 Required Annual CIC Leadership Retreat – Register and attend
  • Past due: Complete the All-School Directory  
  • Check new hires for background check and Safe Environment Compliance (www.virtusonline.org)
  • Practice fire, earthquake and lockdown drills (schedule for yearly practices)
  • Prepare for Fall School Data Collection (School Data Collection Tool – NCEA)
  • Register for Enrollment and Marketing Workshops – Registration Link
  • Sept. 12 – Fulcrum School Partnership Grants Application Opens
  • Sept. 23 – Oct. 18: NWEA MAP Fall Testing Window  click here for MAP information 
  • Check back with your local school district (LEA) for final approval of Title Plans
