Our meeting on 11/19 will center around supporting leaders in understanding how teacher evaluations centers around formative feedback and the 5D system is more than just a judgement or simple evaluation of instructional effectiveness in the classroom. We will discuss how to use the rubric in virtual classrooms and have the opportunity to hear from other leaders who are currently utilizing the framework and rubric in their teacher evaluation systems.
