Have you thought about leveraging the connections of your school community in your recruiting for positions in your school?

Why not have a community incentive program to provide candidates?  The incentive can be small, but just enough to activate your community in the ongoing search for great candidates.  Include your faculty and staff, parent community, school commission, etc.
