Leadership Retreat 2023

August 28th, 2023 – 8:30-2:30pm

For teacher leaders who are ready to take the next step in developing their own authentic leadership style, this retreat will provide you the training and resources to further develop your own brand of leader, prayerfully consider your influence within your school and the Archdiocese, and ultimately leave with a better sense of self.

The Henley Leadership group will be leading the retreat focusing on stages and types of power, inside out leadership, engaging in healthy conflict, as well as many other topics for Catholic educator leadership development. They are an amazing group of consultants and this is an incredible opportunity for GRACE teachers to do the hard work of self-reflection.

Building leadership capacity within our Catholic schools is a priority for the Archdiocese and the Office for Catholic Schools, therefore we are offering this opportunity FREE of cost to all registrants. Participants will also receive 5 professional educator clock hours.
