2019 Unified Robotics Championship!!!! 

Spectator Information for Sunday, November 17, 2019 10:30 AM to 4 PM | Pacific Science Center, Seattle  FLYER TO SHARE BROADLY! 2019 Unified Robotics Championship Spectator Information

Overview: The 2019 Special Olympics Unified Robotics Championship caps off a six-week season, during which students with and without intellectual disabilities work together to build robots. The Championship brings schools from across Washington State that will gather at the Pacific Science Center to compete in tournament-style sumo matches. Teams that finish in the top 2 in their division during qualifying rounds will advance to the elimination rounds to determine the 2019 Champions.

Spectator Registration *REQUIRED*: ALL spectators (families, friends, students, etc.) will need to register to attend the Championship Event. Unlike past years, there are only 400 people allowed to attend the event. Please register each individual for the event here: https://forms.gle/S5C5sVzRy1Ym7Fzu8. Once we hit the 400 max, no other spectators will be allowed in the venue.
Spectator Entrance: Spectators will need to enter through the North Gate located off of 2nd Avenue between the Pacific Science Center and the Children’s Theater. There will be signs guiding you. Tell the gate attendant at the Green Express Entrance that you are with Unified Robotics and proceed to the Carnevali (turn left once you exit the ramp). There you will check-in and receive your wrist band to access the competition.

Quiet Room: The Championship event is loud and exciting, however, for some this might be over stimulating. There will be a quiet room located in Building 3 in Rooms 311 & 312.
Changing Room: For some spectators, a changing table might be needed. This will be located near the restroom in Ackerley Gallery. Please find a Pacific Science Center Staff if needed.
