Dear Principals,

The Office for Catholic Schools will no longer accept paper applications for clock hours. If you have paper applications that you would like to submit, the deadline for full paper submission is June 30, 2020.

Starting July 1, please submit all applications for clock hours in pdEnroller, PSESD’s Professional Development Registration and Clock Hours Management. pdEnroller is a web service for professional development and submitting clock hour proposals, clock hour approval and clock hour recording.

Teachers and administrators will be able to create an account and log in at any time to print their transcripts.

Schools will no longer have to wait for their clock hour applications to process every three months. Clock Hour applications will be approved within 10 working days.

In the new system, you will have to submit clock hour proposals a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the first day of the scheduled in-service.

If courses are not approved as clock hours prior to holding them, the rules do not allow courses to be approved retroactively. Courses cannot be offered for clock hours prior to approval date.
